Good products

Starter did not work. After some fiddling around, I got it to work intermittently. I would’ve sent it back, but was in a bind, and needed my tractor to start, so I could move it, so I ended up using parts from this starter, and two old starters to make one that worked. I have bought a starter from them before and it worked great, so in all fairness I would buy from them again, as I did not even contact them about this starter not working, so I gave them no chance to right the situation.

Absolutely Fantastic 5 Star service. I called customer service on a Saturday and expected to get voicemail and lo and behold a real live gentleman!!. He directed me to his website. He even gave me a follow up call that same day!!. I was in car Business in service department for 17 years and dealt with All kinds of Difficult customer service departments. Email support was good

Started for about 2 months then one day there was a grinding noise. When I pulled the starter the bendix gear hadn't retracted and wiped out all the teeth on it and a couple on the flywheel. Contacted the support email and received a new starter. Before installing the replacement I had it bench tested at NAPA and was told it had the same pinion gear problem. I ended up buying a new starter from another vendor. Support for this starter said the pinion gear couldn't be moved by hand or it would lock in place. They offered a refund or another starter and being in Alaska having one on the shelf isn't a bad idea so now I have three starters from these guys. I guess I have to give their support an A for effort.
