Parts World USA LLC offers limited warranties on most products sold through our website. These warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, or wear and tear from normal use.

The warranty period of each product will be listed on the product listing page on our website and in the warranty card that we include with every product we sell.

  • Product failure under normal, intended use

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Products damaged due to abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, or modification
  • Damage caused by electrical overload, improper voltage, or use in unsupported applications
  • Product damage caused by usage not included in the manual

5. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Date of purchase
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • Our team will review your claim and may request further details or testing procedures.
  • If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
    • Replacement of the defective item
    • Store credit
    • Refund

6. Return of Defective Items

In some cases, you may be required to return the defective product. If so:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label (in most approved cases).
  • Returned items must be in original or secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

7. Limitations of Liability

Parts World USA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under any warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
