- Products damaged due to abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, or modification
- Damage caused by electrical overload, improper voltage, or use in unsupported applications
- Product damage caused by usage not included in the manual
5. Warranty Claim Process

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
- Our team will review your claim and may request further details or testing procedures.
- If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement of the defective item
- Store credit
- Refund
6. Return of Defective Items
In some cases, you may be required to return the defective product. If so:
- We will provide a prepaid return label (in most approved cases).
- Returned items must be in original or secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
