Customer Service

I recieved a defective starter and contacted the vendor. Within 24 hrs. a replacement was at my door along with a note stating I would not have to return the defective unit. The replacement was installed and worked perfectly. Wish all customer service departments were this effecient with a goal of satisfying the customer.

Cheap! Do not wast your money!

This product is cheap and it’s quality shows. I purchased this starter and in went out in 5 months. Winter months that I did not use my tractor that much! The seller claims to have a 1 year hassle free warranty and they will not call me back, they won’t email me back! They are refusing to contact me at all! I had to go ahead and buy another starter from a different company! Don’t wast your money!

dont wire it the way it came out

i am still trying to figure it out, if your only replacing the starter generator you should be ok. if you replaced the 2 solenoids (forward and reverse) with the White Roger replacements (who changed their wiring too) and now they don't match up to the new wiring on the starter. if someone has figured out the way around this, please post it
