Just the Right Part

I got this for an off label purpose. I want to make a generator. I have seen tons of videos using a strong alternator for one so I grabbed this one and will be putting it all together very soon. I cannot wait I live off grid and want an alternative to a gas generator to run the air conditioner. Hopefully this will work

dont wire it the way it came out

i am still trying to figure it out, if your only replacing the starter generator you should be ok. if you replaced the 2 solenoids (forward and reverse) with the White Roger replacements (who changed their wiring too) and now they don't match up to the new wiring on the starter. if someone has figured out the way around this, please post it
