Customer service is the most important thing

I purchased a starter. It lasted two months had an issue with it. I’ve been emailing them back-and-forth great response. They are warranty the starter. You can’t ask for any better customer service in this I would purchase from this company again. Prompt response time very satisfied.

Works great, but...

Great, but I had issues. I was about a month away from my warranty period and the shaft wore out to the point that it just spun in the pulley. Custom service was a little cumbersome to work with, but they honored it in the end and sent me a new one. It's been good since.
