Shipping Policy

As soon as the order is placed on the websiteof Parts World USA, the customer will receive an order tracking number via email. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order. Fees for shipping to Mainland USA & Canada are included for all our products.

Return Policy

In case you wish to return your product, please find below our policy for various possible cases of return requests:

  1. Return due to any other reason within 14 days of delivery : In case you would like to return your product for any other reason, within 14 days from the delivery date, please fill in the Return Form and we, at Parts World USA shall reply to you within 5 days with our feedback and explain the procedure of returning the goods.
    Alternatively, you can email us at support@partsworldusa.com along with the pictures (taken from various angles including the bar code on the product) and we shall reply to you within 5 days with our feedback and explain the procedure of returning the goods. The return may then be approved with a Return Authorization Number and will be subject to inspection.
    Please note that a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the product is applicable to such returns and the goods have to be returned by the customer at their cost.
  2. Return due to any other reason within 45 days : In case you would like to return your product for any other reason, within 45 days from the delivery date, please fill in the Return Form and we, at Parts World USA shall reply to you within 5 days with our feedback and explain the procedure of returning the goods.
    Alternatively, you can email us at support@partsworldusa.com along with the pictures (taken from various angles including the bar code on the product) and we shall reply to you within 5 days with our feedback and explain the procedure of returning the goods. The return may then be approved with a Return Authorization Number and will be subject to inspection.
    Please note that a restocking fee of 40% of the cost of the product is applicable to such returns and the goods have to be returned by the customer at their cost.
  3. Return due to any other reason after 45 days : Unless the product is defective, any return request raised beyond a period of 45 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
